من نحن وما الذي تغطيه هذه السياسة

ValueClever منصة لإدارة التقييم العقاري تستخدمها شركات التقييم المرخّصة من الهيئة السعودية للمقيمين المعتمدين لإدارة معاملاتها ومعايناتها وتقاريرها. تتاح المنصة عبر الموقع app.valueclever.com وتطبيق ValueClever للهواتف (Android وiOS).

توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استخدامك للمنصة أو التطبيق، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركه، وكيف نحميه، وما حقوقك. تنطبق على كل مستخدم لحساب تنشئه له شركته على المنصة، وعلى المعاينين والمقيّمين الخارجيين الذين يسجّلون بأنفسهم.

تحتفظ كل شركة ببياناتها في قاعدة بيانات مستقلة خاصة بها. لا تطّلع شركة على بيانات شركة أخرى، ولا يصل فريق ValueClever إلى بيانات شركة إلا لتشغيل الخدمة ودعمها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الموظف، رقم الجوال، الصفة الوظيفية، رقم عضوية الهيئة إن وُجد، وصورة الملف الشخصي والتوقيع إن رفعتهما.
• محتوى العمل الذي تدخله الشركة: المعاملات، العملاء، بيانات العقارات والصكوك، المستندات، الصور، المقارنات، التقارير، والمراسلات داخل المعاملة.
• بيانات الجهاز والجلسة: رمز الإشعارات (push token)، نوع الجهاز ونظام تشغيله، وقت الدخول وعنوان IP، لتأمين الجلسات وإرسال الإشعارات.
• الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق: يُسجَّل فقط عندما يبدأ المعاين زيارة ميدانية من التطبيق، ويُختم على المعاينة كدليل على الحضور. لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية.
• الكاميرا والصور: تُستخدم فقط عندما تختار إرفاق صور أو مستندات بمعاملة. لا نصل إلى معرض صورك دون فعل منك.
• بصمة الوجه أو الإصبع: تسجيل الدخول البيومتري يتم عبر خاصية نظام جهازك نفسه (Face ID / بصمة الإصبع). لا تغادر بياناتك البيومترية جهازك ولا نحصل عليها أبداً.

لماذا نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات لغرض واحد: تقديم الخدمة لشركتك — إنشاء المعاملات ومتابعتها، توزيع المهام على فريق العمل، إنتاج تقارير التقييم، إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بعملك، وحماية الحسابات من الاستخدام غير المصرّح به.

لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نبني ملفات تسويقية منها.

مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة إلا بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة، مع مزوّدين يعالجونها نيابةً عنا وبموجب تعليماتنا:

• الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات: Railway وVercel.
• إرسال البريد الإلكتروني (التحقق من الحساب، الروابط، الإشعارات).
• الإشعارات الفورية: Firebase Cloud Messaging على Android وApple Push Notification service على iOS.
• الخرائط وتحديد المواقع: خرائط Google وخرائط Apple.
• الجهات الرسمية عند وجود التزام قانوني بذلك.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حساب شركتك نشطاً على المنصة، لأنها جزء من سجلات التقييم التي تلتزم الشركة بحفظها. عند إنهاء اشتراك الشركة تُحذف قاعدة بياناتها وفق الاتفاق معها.

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك أو بياناتك الشخصية عبر مدير النظام في شركتك، أو بمراسلتنا على info@valueclever.com. سنستجيب خلال ثلاثين يوماً، مع مراعاة ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به نظاماً ضمن سجلات التقييم.

كيف نحمي البيانات

• تشفير الاتصال بين جهازك وخوادمنا (TLS).
• تخزين مشفّر لكلمات المرور والمفاتيح والملفات الحساسة، وحفظ رمز الجلسة في المخزن الآمن لنظام الجهاز.
• صلاحيات وأدوار تحدّ وصول كل مستخدم إلى ما يخصّ عمله فقط، وجلسة واحدة نشطة لكل حساب على الويب.
• سجل تدقيق لكل إجراء مؤثر على المعاملات والحسابات.

الأطفال

المنصة والتطبيق موجّهان للمهنيين في شركات التقييم، وليسا موجّهين لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر الخدمة أو الأنظمة. ننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريانها، ونخطر الشركات بأي تغيير جوهري.

Who we are and what this policy covers

ValueClever is a real-estate valuation management platform used by valuation firms licensed by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) to run their transactions, site inspections and reports. It is available at app.valueclever.com and through the ValueClever mobile app for Android and iOS.

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the platform or the app, why we collect it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and what your rights are. It applies to every user whose firm creates an account for them on the platform, and to outside inspectors and valuers who register themselves.

Each firm's data is held in its own separate database. No firm can see another firm's data, and the ValueClever team accesses a firm's data only to operate and support the service.

The data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, employee number, mobile number, job title, TAQEEM membership number where applicable, and a profile photo and signature image if you upload them.
• Work content entered by your firm: transactions, customers, property and deed details, documents, photos, comparables, reports and the correspondence inside a transaction.
• Device and session data: the push-notification token, device model and operating system, sign-in time and IP address — used to secure sessions and deliver notifications.
• Precise location: recorded only when an inspector starts a site visit from the app; the GPS position is stamped on that inspection as proof of attendance. We never track your location in the background.
• Camera and photos: used only when you choose to attach pictures or documents to a transaction. We do not read your photo library without your action.
• Face ID / fingerprint: biometric sign-in is performed by your device's own operating system. Your biometric data never leaves the device and is never available to us.

Why we use the data

We use the data for one purpose: providing the service to your firm — creating and tracking transactions, assigning work to the team, producing valuation reports, sending notifications about your work, and protecting accounts from unauthorised use.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

Who we share the data with

We share data with third parties only as far as is needed to run the service, with processors acting on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Hosting and databases: Railway and Vercel.
• Email delivery (account verification, links, notifications).
• Push notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and the Apple Push Notification service on iOS.
• Maps and geocoding: Google Maps and Apple Maps.
• Public authorities where we are legally required to.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as your firm's account on the platform is active, because it forms part of the valuation records the firm is required to keep. When a firm's subscription ends, its database is deleted as agreed with the firm.

You can ask for your account or personal data to be deleted through your firm's administrator, or by writing to info@valueclever.com. We respond within thirty days, subject to what must be retained by law as part of the valuation records.

How we protect the data

• Encryption in transit between your device and our servers (TLS).
• Encrypted storage of passwords, keys and sensitive files; the session token is kept in the device's secure store.
• Roles and permissions that limit each user to what their work requires, and a single active web session per account.
• An audit log of every action that affects transactions and accounts.

Children

The platform and the app are intended for professionals at valuation firms. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The new version is published on this page with its effective date, and firms are notified of any material change.
